How it works
Connect your wearable
The Amazfit Helio Strap works over Bluetooth. On iPhone, sleep and heart rate also come from Apple Health, and on Android from Health Connect.

- AI explanations are off by default. When you tap Why? under a score, a short summary of that day's numbers, with a random id and no name or free text, goes to our server and on to Anthropic's Claude, which writes a sentence or two back. We keep none of it.
